Each year Pi Gamma MU chapters have the option of awarding scholarship medals to persons who distinguish themselves in the social sciences.

There are three scholarships that currently carry stipends of $2,000 along with a number of $1.000 Pi Gamma Mu scholarships for one year of graduate study in the social science areas.
